亲爱的汇悦天启家长们：

Apologies for the absence of last week’s newsletter but we were all busy hosting the first PTA Meeting and Open Day at BKIK!

由于上周忙于家代会和学校开放日的事宜，我很抱歉上周未能及时发布一周时讯给到大家！

On behalf of the BKIK Staff and Students we would like to thank the BKIK PTA for coming to our slightly changed Open Day. It was wonderful to see all of you engaged with the class teachers and engaging with our School Leadership Team with their discussions regarding the changes we have moving forward. By now you should have spoken to (or heard from) your child’s teachers about their plans for the rigorous academic year ahead. I dare say you will hear from them again very soon addressing your specific questions – Toddle is the best place to find them!

我在此谨代表汇悦天启的全体员工和学生非常感谢家代会的家长们来临学校参加了一次有别于以往的学校开放日。很开心看到您们能够亲自参与到教室互动以及和我们学校的领导层进行了一次关于一些改革措施的讨论。到目前为止，你们应该已经和班上的老师们沟通过并了解到关于这个学期我们学校的一些重要变革和计划。我保证在不久的将来，你们将会收到老师们对于你们提出的问题和意见给予答复——Toddler软件会是家长们与老师们之间最好最快速的交流与互动方式！

So far it has been a huge success (see attached)! The positive feedback with BKIK’s new direction is very encouraging. Keep it up! Thank you in advance to parents for getting their Covid tests done before entering our site.

我们收到了很多家长反馈支持我们汇悦天启的新发展方向。目前为止我们已经取得了很大的进步（请看附件）！这对于我们来说是很大的鼓舞！我们将继续努力向这个方向前进。感谢家长们在进园区前，提前做好核酸检测报告，以配合我们园方的工作！

关于Toddle运作的进程

Thank you and well done for your support so far! We are almost there…and then it is up to us with how we use it! The sooner we can the sooner we can move away from lesser types of informal School communication. Also, a big well done to Amanda and her staff (K2B) who won the prize this week! They were deemed as the best Toddle users in BKIK with their extensive posts, use and resources. Maybe we should give out a prize to the best group of parents who use Toddle to support their child’s learning journey!? Just joking!

非常感谢各位家长对使用Toddle软件的支持和配合！我们即将进入完全Toddle的时代…这便要取决于我们该如何很好地利用它！我们越快地熟悉操作这个软件，就能越快地避免学校信息发布与家园之间交流机会的流失。此外，要恭喜K2B的班主任Amanda老师赢得了本周的Toddle之星！他们班在Toddle平台上发布了大量而且内容丰富的班级信息和照片，而且善于利用软件里的资源，是本周做得最优秀的班级。也许将来我们也会颁发Toddle之星给到那些运用Toddle优秀的家长们呢！

Please note that this may be either the lead teacher OR co-teacher depending on how your class is setup. However you should find that ALL class teachers should be on Toddle to respond to these questions/problems and support the lead teacher, should you have any. Please let either your lead teacher or Jillian know if you are not clear about this.

请老师们注意，这取决于每个班级各自的规定来设置。但无论如何，每位老师都应当在Toddle上及时地回应任何问题和意见，而且副班老师和保育老师应当尽力配合班主任的工作。各副班老师和保育老师如有任何疑问，请及时跟各班的班主任或者招生办的Jillian沟通。

Quality of Class Photos

We know photos of your child on their learning journey are vitally important. We are in the process of ensuring this is consistent across all classes in the School. Your child’s teachers are most likely in the process of arranging a schedule of parents coming into the class every few weeks (once a month) to help take some additional photos to post for the parents.

我们清楚知道，记录每一个小朋友在学校学习和成长的过程是至关重要的事情。我们正不断地努力贯彻这一项内容的执行。每个班级的老师也正在计划着让前来参观课堂活动的家长们（大概每月一次）来协助他们多拍一些课堂照片让老师们可以在平台上分享给家长们。
