With over 17 years of experience in early childhood education, she is a certified IB educator and holds the Guangdong Kindergarten Principal Qualification, demonstrating her expertise in leadership and international curricula.

Head of Admissions & School Office
Jillian graduated from Sydney University with Bachelor’s Degree in Business English and a Master’s Degree in Accounting. She has 10 years of working experience in kindergartens in both Guangzhou and Australia. She excels in project planning and has spearheaded projects for overseas study and international family programmes.
Jillian joined us at BKIK back in 2018, and has been responsible for parent-school communications, CCA and summer/winter camp coordination.

IBPYP Coordinator
Expat Teacher cum IBPYP Coordinator Christopher Conley brings over 13 years of experience in education to his role as PYP Coordinator. Originally from the United Kingdom, he holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bath and a PGCE from Leeds Beckett University. Christopher has also received specialized training from the International Baccalaureate in early years practices and programme implementation. Throughout his career, Christopher has worked primarily in international education, with the majority of his experience based in China.
He has had the opportunity to teach and lead within both the IB Primary Years Programme and the Cambridge International Assessment curriculum, giving him a well-rounded perspective on international teaching and learning. In addition to classroom teaching, he has been actively involved in curriculum planning and development for several years, helping to shape cohesive and engaging learning experiences across year levels.
Christopher believes in teaching approaches that focus on learning how to learn—empowering students with the foundational skills they need to become confident, capable learners for the future. He is passionate about inquiry-based education and fostering global-mindedness in young learners and is committed to supporting students and teachers alike in creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Academic Coordinator
Jordon is an accomplished educator with over 10 years of international school experience in China, specialising in curriculum, literacy development, and inquiry-based pedagogy. He holds a PGCE in Primary Education from the University of Sunderland and a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and Contemporary Media from the University of Wales, Newport—credentials that inform his innovative approach to transdisciplinary learning.
As an Academic Coordinator, he spearheads the design and implementation of the school’s literacy and maths curricula, ensuring alignment with the IB PYP framework while fostering critical thinking and creativity. His expertise extends to reviewing and enhancing the arts programme, where he integrates his fine arts background to cultivate expressive, concept-driven learning. Additionally, he oversees the PYP library as a dynamic learning hub, curating resources that support inquiry, research, and a school-wide culture of reading.

Head of Logistics Dept.
Aimin graduated from South China University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Studies and a Master’s Degree in Computer Application. He has worked at the Information Engineering University as a Computer Teacher for 5 years.
Before joining BKIK, he served as a Staff Officer at the Guangzhou Military Region Headquarters. Aimin joined BKIK as of 2015 and is one of the founding team members. He is responsible for logistics and IT operations at ours school.

Finance Manager
Finance Manager Cici, graduated from Wuhan University majoring in accounting. She has 22-years of experience in financial affairs. She is calm in tough situations, responsible, serious and meticulous in her work. She is also a certified Positive Discipline Parent Facilitator. She is responsible for financial related matters at BKIK.

Head of HR & the Admin Department, Ivy graduated from Jingchu University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. In the last 6 years, Ivy has been described as someone who works with great efficiency and has a self-driven motivation.
Ivy is good at team-coordination and creating a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere. Ivy is now beginning her fourth year at BKIK where she will continue to dedicate herself in HR & Admin work.
